# Download sales report — AliExpress Affiliates

Botize method — `aliexpress_associates.get_orders` (action).

Returns a URL to a CSV file with your affiliate orders for a rolling period and a status.

- The period is measured back from the moment the task runs (up to 180 days, the AliExpress limit).
- The status is mandatory: 'Completed Settlement' holds finalized commissions; 'Payment Completed' holds recent (still estimated) ones.
- Amounts and commissions are given in the settlement currency, with decimals.
- The file is temporary and stays available for about one hour.

This is an action: it runs as a step of a task. Several can be chained.

## Fields you set

The field's internal name, its type and the values it accepts. These fields accept `{{...}}` tags from earlier steps.

- `period` *(string, one of: "24h" = Last 24 hours; "7d" = Last 7 days; "15d" = Last 15 days; "30d" = Last 30 days; "90d" = Last 90 days; "180d" = Last 180 days)* — Period
- `status` *(string, one of: "Completed Settlement" = Completed Settlement (finalized commission); "Payment Completed" = Payment Completed (estimated commission); "Buyer Confirmed Receipt" = Buyer Confirmed Receipt; "Invalid" = Invalid (not eligible for commission))* — Order status

- `{{file_name}}` *(text)* — File name. Generated file name
- `{{row_count}}` *(decimal)* — Rows in file. Number of order rows written to the file
- `{{total_record_count}}` *(decimal)* — Total orders reported by AliExpress. Total number of orders reported by AliExpress for the query
- `{{truncated}}` *(boolean)* — Truncated. True if not all orders could be fetched (time or page limit reached)
- `{{period}}` *(text)* — Period. Selected rolling period
- `{{period_start}}` *(text)* — Period start. Resolved start of the period (server time)
- `{{period_end}}` *(text)* — Period end. Resolved end of the period (server time)
- `{{status}}` *(text)* — Status. Order status used for the query
