# Add an item to a container — Botize Containers

Botize method — `btzcontainers.send` (action).

Add a new element to the container, being able to customize the text, date, tags, URL and file that it will contain. Optionally you can specify a list of tags and all those elements that contain one or more of them will be eliminated from the container.

This is an action: it runs as a step of a task. Several can be chained.

## Fields you set

The field's internal name, its type and the values it accepts. These fields accept `{{...}}` tags from earlier steps.

- `container` *(string)* — Container (Edit)
- `container_tags` *(string)* — Tags
- `text` *(string)* — Field for Text
- `url` *(string)* — Field for URL
- `file` *(string)* — Field for File
- `date` *(string)* — Field for date
- `delete_tags` *(string)* — Deletes any entry that has this tags
- `delete_last` *(boolean)* — Automatically delete older item (Container full?)
