# Get list of objects with XPath — HTML Parser
Botize method — `btzhtmlparser.map_node` (action).
Allows you to target a group of elements in an HTML document and go through each of them, extracting specific data from each. As a result, this tool returns a list of objects that contain all of the information that has been extracted.
This is an action: it runs as a step of a task. Several can be chained.
## Fields you set
The field's internal name, its type and the values it accepts. These fields accept `{{...}}` tags from earlier steps.
- `mb_switch` *(boolean)* — Rules
- `html_source` *(string, one of: "URL" = HTML document URL; "STRING" = HTML string, default: "URL")*
- `url` *(string)*
- `html_string` *(string)*
- `xpath_node` *(string)* — XPath for object list
It also accepts repeatable field groups, with these prefixes: `mb_filters_*`, `tagname_counter_*`, `tagname_*`, `tagtitle_*`, `tagtype_*`, `pattern_*`. These are composite components (buttons, filters, keyboards); the trailing number is set by the user as they are added.
## Output variables
Data this step makes available. Reference them in later steps with the double-brace tag.
- `{{items}}` *(array)* — XPath Object list
- `{{total_items}}` *(int)* — XPath Total objets
