# Extract the next new URL from a Sitemap — Sitemaps

Botize method — `btzsitemap.get_next_url` (trigger).

On each execution, retrieves the next newly discovered URL from a sitemap in sequential order.

This is a trigger: it starts the task. A task has exactly one.

## Fields you set

The field's internal name, its type and the values it accepts. These fields accept `{{...}}` tags from earlier steps.

- `url` *(string)* — Sitemap URL
- `sort` *(string, one of: "z-a"; "a-z")* — How are the URLs ordered in that sitemap?

## Output variables

Data this step makes available. Reference them in later steps with the double-brace tag.
