# Extract the next new direct message — Instagram DM and comments

Botize method — `instagram_messaging.new_message` (trigger).

It is triggered every time someone sends a direct message (DM) to your Instagram professional account. You can fire only on messages containing a keyword. It checks your inbox periodically; Instagram only lets us read the 20 most recent messages of each conversation, and the account must have 'Allow access to messages' enabled for connected tools in its Instagram settings. The 'Sender Id' output is what the reply actions need.

This is a trigger: it starts the task. A task has exactly one.
