# Get the next new post from a user — X (Twitter)

Botize method — `twitter.tweets_from_user` (trigger).

It is triggered each time the user you specify here publishes a tweet.

- You can configure the trigger to exclude their mentions or retweets.
- You can also configure it to apply to all tweets, those that include certain words or do not include them.

This is a trigger: it starts the task. A task has exactly one.

## Fields you set

The field's internal name, its type and the values it accepts. These fields accept `{{...}}` tags from earlier steps.

- `user` *(string)* — User
- `exclude_replies` *(boolean)*
- `exclude_rts` *(boolean)* — Exclude replies

It also accepts repeatable field groups, with these prefixes: `filter_*`. These are composite components (buttons, filters, keyboards); the trailing number is set by the user as they are added.
