- Administrator Role: Your Facebook user account must have the administrator role in the group. Check and adjust the administrative roles in the group settings if necessary.
- Facebook Page Administration: If the administrator of your group is a Facebook page, rather than a user profile, additional adjustments might be necessary. If you encounter problems establishing a connection between your group and Botize, consider temporarily removing the page as an administrator and using only your user profile. This step often solves permission and connection issues.
