API Credentials for Calendly
Guide to obtaining tokens, keys, and connections.
To connect to the Calendly API you only need one piece of information: the "Token" or "Personal Access Token" that will identify your requests. Below you’ll find the steps to obtain it.
Token
-
1
Log in to your Calendly account in a web browser.
-
2
In the left‑hand sidebar, click on "Integrations & apps."
-
3
On the integrations page, locate and select the "API & webhooks" tile.
-
4
Generate a personal token: if you have never created one, click "Get a token now" under "Personal Access Tokens"; if you already have tokens, click "Generate new token" under "Your personal access tokens."
-
5
Give the token a name that identifies its use (for example, "Botize integration") and click "Create Token."
-
6
Calendly will send a verification code to your email. Check your inbox, copy the code, and paste it into the Calendly window to confirm.
-
7
Once verified, Calendly will display the new token. Copy it immediately and store it in a safe place (e.g., a password manager), as you won’t be able to view it again.
