A task is the job or work that you want Botize to run automatically for you. It consists of one or more steps and in each step you can decide what operation you want Botize to do.
An example of a task is to check every few minutes if you have a new follower from your social networks (step 1), if so, reply with a message (step 2), update a spreadsheet (step 3) and finally send a notification to your phone (step 4).
As in the previous example, a task can include operations on different services (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, Dropbox, etc.) and move data between each one.
-
The tasks are executed when and as you decide. You can indicate that they do it on a certain date, activate them with a button you have on your tablet or mobile, activate them via API if you are a developer or you can leave them programmed to run alone every several days, hours or minutes.
The maximum speed of one hour means that Botize can execute your task at most once every hour, while the maximum speed of one minute means that you can run it once every minute.
-
Automatic tasks are composed of one or more steps and each step consumes an operation.
As an example, a task that obtains products from a list and publishes them in 2 different social networks, would be composed of 3 steps , so it will consume 3 operations each time it is executed (1 operation to get the product from the list + 2 operations to post to 2 social networks).
-
When you connect an application to Botize you can do it for one or several accounts. For example, if you have multiple Instagram accounts, you can connect one, several or all to Botize.
-
There is no limit.
Depending on the plan you choose, you have a greater or lesser number of operations. Tasks consume as many operations as steps they contain (one operation for each step of the task). Only if you get to consume all the operations will the tasks stop executing but you will never lose any data.
-
The ONE-TIME plan lets you make a single payment—any amount between €1 and €100—and receive a bundle of operations proportional to what you pay. You only pay for what you need, and you get the equivalent number of operations to run your tasks; there are no monthly fees or automatic renewals. Once you use up those operations, you can either 1) purchase another ONE-TIME plan for any amount you choose or 2) switch to one of our monthly or annual subscriptions. This plan does not include a Telegram server (servers are only available in monthly or annual subscriptions), but it does let you create as many Botize accounts as you need to keep projects or clients separate.
