API Credentials for Farmapolis

Botize uses your Farmapolis account credentials to access the Farmapolis B2B platform. You need an active Farmapolis account associated with your pharmacy or laboratory — Farmapolis does not offer self-service public sign-up.

Use your Farmapolis credentials

   If you do not yet have a Farmapolis account, request one at https://farmapolis.es by contacting their team. You need to be a pharmacy, parapharmacy or laboratory partner to be approved.

   Once your account is active, you log in to Farmapolis with an email address and a password — the same ones you use on https://farmapolis.es.

   Make sure your Farmapolis account is active and not expired. If you cannot sign in to https://farmapolis.es, you will not be able to connect from Botize either.

   Go to Botize and paste your Farmapolis email into the "E-mail" field and your Farmapolis password into the "Password" field of the connection form.
