API Credentials for Temu

Botize needs three pieces of information from your Temu Seller account: the App Key, the App Secret, and an Access Token. You get the App Key/Secret by registering a self-developed app in Temu's Open Platform; the Access Token is granted when you authorize that app for your shop.

Get your APP Key and APP Secret

   Sign in to your Temu Seller Center: https://seller.temu.com (US) or https://seller-eu.temu.com (Europe). You need a Seller account; the regular shopper account is not enough.

   Open the Open Platform's app management page directly at https://seller.temu.com/open-platform/client-manage (or https://seller-eu.temu.com/open-platform/client-manage for Europe).

   Click "Create a self-developed app" (or open an existing self-developed app if you already have one).

   Fill in the basic information about your app (name, contact details, the permissions you want it to have). Submit the form.

   Once Temu approves the app — usually instantly for self-developed apps — open it from the same page. You will see the "App Key" and "App Secret" in its details.

   Copy the App Key and paste it into the "APP Key" field in the Botize connection form. Copy the App Secret and paste it into the "APP Secret" field.

Get your Access Token

   From the same app details page in the Open Platform, find the authorization section (it is sometimes labeled "Authorize" or "Self authorize").

   Select the permissions your app needs (for the operations you plan to do from Botize) and confirm the authorization.

   Temu will display the Access Token after authorization. Copy the entire token.

   Go to Botize and paste it into the "Access Token" field in the connection form.
