Extracts both the text and the first available image from each message received in a public or private Telegram chat. Once captured, these elements are processed as follows: the message text, along with additional details such as the date, time, and the chat and user identification, is saved in a text file within Dropbox. Concurrently, if the message contains an image, it is also saved in Dropbox, in the same directory designated for backup, under a file name that incorporates the date and time of the message for easy reference
