What it does and what it's for

The Search by meaning action queries one of your vector databases and returns the documents closest to what you are asking about, even when they are written with different words. Write the query the way you would say it out loud: it does not need to match the stored text.

The result is a list the task can iterate over, with each document's text, key, metadata and a similarity score from 0 to 100. You choose how many results you want and, if you need it, the score below which nothing is worth returning: under that threshold the search comes back empty, which is exactly what you want when the answer is not in the database. You can also filter by metadata to search only within part of it.
