In detail
What it does and what it's for
Automating the creation of personalized images is now easier with the integration of Product Templates in Botize. This tool allows you to select a template and automatically fill each available space with the images, texts, and tags of your choice, tailored to your specific needs.
With customization options such as font selection, colors, and the inclusion of multiple texts and images, you can efficiently generate engaging visual content. Additionally, the URLs of the created images have a one-month lifespan, making them ideal for use in automated tasks without worrying about long-term storage.
How it works
How it fits in an automated task
A Botize task pairs a trigger with one or more actions. This piece is one of them.
Pick a trigger
The event that starts the task, from this app or any other.
This action runs
Botize performs it automatically using the data the trigger delivers.
Turn it on and forget it
The task runs on its own from then on. If something's off, tweak it or we'll help you.

Output data
Information provided
When executed, this operation delivers the following data, which can be used in the same automatic task.

Image URL
{{new_image_url}}
The URLs Botize creates are short-lived: they exist while the task runs (usually less than a minute), not as permanent links. If you need to keep the file, save it to a cloud service (Dropbox, FTP, Google Drive...) as part of the same automation. Posting to social networks or messaging apps is not a problem: those services store their own copy, so the image still shows even after the original link is gone

Frequently Asked Questions
Which slot does the product photo go in?
It depends on the template, and it is not always Image 1. Each design lays out its slots differently:
| Template | Product photo |
|---|---|
| Product (600x300, 600x600, 300x600), Xmas (all three) and Fit | Image 2 |
| Full (600x600) | Image 1 |
| Title Topper (600x600) | Image 2 |
| Splite Screen (600x600) | Image 3 |
Two warnings that save you a ruined image:
- In Full, the Image 2 slot is taken by the design's own frame. Putting an opaque image there covers the product completely.
- In Title Topper, Image 3 is the template's own artwork: writing there replaces the design.
Can I put my own watermark on the image?
Yes, in the Image 3 slot, which is drawn on top of everything else. But the file has to be prepared in a specific way:
That layer is stretched to cover the whole image, so the file must be a PNG the same size as the template (600×600, 600×300…) that is fully transparent except for your mark, placed where you want it. A small logo will not sit in a corner: it gets scaled up until it fills the entire image.
Two templates cannot take a watermark: in Splite Screen and Title Topper the front layer has no slot available. If you need a watermark, choose a different template.
The PNG must be at a public URL pointing directly at the image, not at a page that displays it.
