How can I monitor the conversations of my bots on Botize?

You can monitor the conversations of your bots by accessing the Bots section.

Here you will find a list of all your active bots and their recent conversations with users.

What types of assistants can I create in Botize?

In Botize, you can create three main types of assistants, depending on the kind of experience you want to offer your users:

1. Assistants with predefined flows: You decide the exact steps the user will follow. For example: greeting → menu with options → form. This is useful if you want full control and to avoid mistakes.

2. Assistants with integrated AI: The user types what they need, and the assistant interprets it using AI to respond or perform tasks. This model is more flexible and natural—great when you can’t predict every possible question or request.

3. Hybrid assistants: These start with a guided flow, but at some point can switch to a more open conversation powered by AI. This gives you a good balance between structure and flexibility.

You don’t have to stick to just one. You can create multiple assistants using different approaches, depending on what you need to solve.
