How can I download my subscription invoice?
To download the invoices of your services, it is necessary that you provide us with your fiscal data through this link.
Once we have received your fiscal data, you will be able to access your invoices in the Premium Services section of your profile. There you will be able to see each of the invoices and download them in PDF format.
When does my subscription renew?
To view the renewal date of your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Premium Services section.
- In the "Services" section, you will see the different subscriptions and the date of the next renewal.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Premium Services section.
- In the "Services" section, you will see the different subscriptions and a link to proceed with the cancellation.
How can I switch to a higher or lower plan?
To switch to a higher or lower plan on Botize, follow these steps to avoid service interruptions:
- Subscribe to the new plan that you want from https://botize.com/en/pricing.
(You can choose a monthly or annual plan interchangeably.) - Once you're subscribed to the new plan, cancel the previous plan from https://botize.com/en/account_services.
- If you want to request a refund for the remaining time on your previous plan, you can write to us and ask for it.
