  tag when it comes from the device, me when you sent it from the BoT app, system when BoT generated it.

• Transcript {{transcript}}

  What the voice message says, transcribed by BoT. Empty on messages that are not voice. This is the value to send on to an email or a chat.

• Audio link {{voice_url}}

  Signed link to the audio. It expires, so use it in the same run; do not store it to open days later.

• Audio length (seconds) {{voice_seconds}}

• Transit charge (yen) {{transit_amount}}

• Transit card balance (yen) {{transit_balance}}

• Transit usage {{transit_usage}}

  What the card was used for, as BoT reports it (for example a fare or a purchase). Empty when the message is not a transit card one.
