Frequently Asked Questions

How can I insert the current date and time into an automation?

To insert the current date or time in any part of your automation (such as in a message, title, description, or URL), you must use these special tags:

- {date} → inserts the current date (e.g., 2025-05-02)
- {time} → inserts the current time (e.g., 14:35)

These tags are automatically replaced at the time the task is executed.

Note that the time zone applied will be the one set in the first step of your automation, where the timer application is located.
