Botize's integration with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API enables you to efficiently automate interactions with your customers. You can send messages, images, videos, or files to a specific chat and wait for the user's response before proceeding with the workflow.
This functionality is ideal for creating chatbots that query users and process their responses automatically. Additionally, you can include URL and Callback buttons in your messages, offering an interactive and personalized experience.

- You can include URL Buttons and Callback Buttons in posts.

Common Errors
Error (#131009) Parameter value is not valid. Button title length invalid. Min length: 1, Max length: 20
WhatsApp imposes restrictions on the length of button titles in their messages. These restrictions specify that button titles must have a minimum length of 1 character and a maximum length of 20 characters.
You should edit the automated task and shorten the button titles that exceed the 20-character limit.

Edit the automated task and enter the 'Recipient's phone number' field the number to which the message should be sent.
