Copy each new post from a third-party Telegram chat that contains specific keywords into a chat you own

Automatically copy posts with specific keywords from any chat or channel to yours.

  • Instantly when the trigger is activated
  • Instantly when receiving a text message in a chat (telegram_users → webhook_all)
  • Check if meets specific conditions (btzfilters → process)
  • Get the file URLs from a Post ID (telegram_users → get_post_files_urls)
  • Send a message (telegrambot → send_message_photo)

Manually sifting through countless Telegram messages to spot those that matter, copying their text and downloading relevant images is draining and error-prone—especially when you’re managing multiple conversations, groups, or channels. Every missed keyword, overlooked photo, or delayed repost means you lose critical information, lag behind trends, and waste hours on repetitive tasks that sap your productivity and real-time insight. The longer you wait to automate, the more invisible opportunities and costly delays stack up—putting you at a disadvantage.

This Botize formula transforms your Telegram workflow by automatically monitoring any private or public chat, group, or channel for specific keywords. Whenever a message comes through matching your criteria, the automation instantly copies the message text and first image, then reposts them straight to your chosen Telegram destination. No more copy-paste marathons or searching for the right post—your relevant content is curated and delivered in real time, giving your team complete visibility and freeing you to focus on what truly matters.

This automation monitors a third-party Telegram chat using a Telegram user account and detects new messages as they arrive. It filters those messages to keep only the ones that contain specific keywords defined in the task. When a message matches the conditions, it retrieves any attached media (images, files, etc.) and republishes the content (text and media) into a Telegram chat that you own using your bot. You must configure the source chat URL and define the keywords to filter. You also need to specify the destination chat where the messages will be sent.
