Connect Botize to Claude and build automations just by chatting
You only connect it once. After that, ask Claude to install any template and it walks you through it — no tech skills needed.
Part 1 · Just once
Connect Botize to Claude

Open Claude
Open claude.ai and sign in. You'll see the home screen with the chat box.

Open connectors
Top-right, open Settings and go to Customize → Connectors. This is where you manage the apps Claude can use.

Add a custom connector
Click Add and choose “Add custom connector”.

Enter Botize's name and address
Type Botize in Name, paste the address below into “Remote MCP server URL” and click Add.

Click Connect
The connector shows as “Not connected yet”. Click Connect to link it to your account.

Sign in to Botize
Botize opens. Enter your username and password and click Enter. If you were already signed in, this step is skipped.

Authorize access
Botize shows what Claude is asking for: read, create, edit and delete your tasks. Click Authorize.

It's connected
You'll see Botize connected with all its tools available. Close settings — the connection stays saved.

Part 2 · Whenever you like
Install a template from chat

Ask it to install a template
Open a new chat and paste the address of the template you want to set up. For example, template 312.

Claude guides you to the finish
Claude loads the template, explains what it does in plain language and walks you through it: connecting the accounts it needs, choosing your options and switching it on.

The message you give Claude
Paste it into a chat with the Botize connector active. Swap the number for any template in the catalog.
