Connect Botize to Claude

Connect Botize to Claude (claude.ai) once; after that Claude will use your Botize tools in any conversation where they're needed.

Before you start

  • A Claude account.
  • A Botize account. If you don't have one, create it for free.
  • About 2 minutes.

Steps

  1. Open Claude's connectors. Go to claude.ai, open Settings and go to Customize → Connectors.

  2. Add a custom connector. Click Add and choose Add custom connector.

  3. Enter the name and address. Type Botize as the name and paste this into Remote MCP server URL:

    https://webhook.botize.es/mcp

    Click Add.

  4. Click Connect. The connector shows as "Not connected yet". Clicking Connect opens Botize.

  5. Sign in to Botize if you weren't already.

  6. Authorize access. Botize shows you that Claude wants to access your account. Click Authorize.

  7. Choose your MCP. If you already have one, you'll see Which MCP do you want to connect?: pick yours to keep its tools and click Connect. If this is your first connection, this screen doesn't appear. Why it matters

  8. Done. You're back in Claude with Botize connected and its tools available.

Check that it works

Open a new conversation and write:

List my Botize tasks.

Claude uses the connector on its own —you don't need to turn it on— and answers with your tasks. The first time, it will ask your permission to use the tool.

When you approve new tools

Claude doesn't notice a tool you approve in the middle of a conversation: it will show up in the next conversation, because Claude asks for the list when it starts. If it still doesn't see it in a new conversation: Your assistant can't see new tools.
