Manage your MCP connections

All the MCPs of your account are under MCP connections, in your Botize account menu:

botize.com/en/mcps

You need to be signed in.

What you see for each connection

• The MCP's name.
• Created (date) and Created by: the assistant it was created with.
• Last used, or "never used".
• How many tools it has.

Rename

Click Rename and type the new name. Give them names that say what they're for ("Work Claude", "Telegram only"): that's what you'll see at Which MCP do you want to connect? when you connect another assistant.

Requests from the agent

When your assistant needs a tool it doesn't have, it sends you here. The link it gives you opens this panel in Spanish; the English version is at botize.com/en/mcps. Under Requests from the agent you see:

• which action it wants,
• the Reason it gives,
• its fields, so you can decide what it can send,
• and the Account it will use.

Click Approve or Reject. If you reject, your assistant doesn't get that tool. How to choose the fields well: Tools: what your assistant can do.

Approve a task for this connection

Under Manage tasks you can get one of your tasks ready for your assistant to run:

1. Click + Approve a task and pick the task.
2. If the task has input fields, decide for each one whether it's Open to the AI, a Fixed value or Do not send, as with the tools from your apps. If it has no fields, approving it lets your assistant run it as is.
3. Click Approve.

Each approved task shows up in your assistant as its own tool. If you use ChatGPT, refresh its tool list after approving it.

When your assistant runs it with that tool, it does so without asking. Changing the task does ask you. To remove it, click Revoke next to it and your assistant will no longer be able to run it.

Waiting for your confirmation

When your assistant wants to do something it has no permission for yet — run your tasks, change them or use one of your apps — the request waits here, with the exact action it wanted to do. Answer No or Yes, then go back to your assistant so it repeats the action. The request expires after about an hour. What each answer means

What it can do without asking you

These are this connection's permissions, and this connection's only: Run your tasks, Change your tasks and Use each app or device you have allowed it. Press Remove to take one away: next time it will ask you first.

Revoke a connection

Click Revoke to cut off that MCP's access. Keep in mind:

• It can't be undone. The MCP and the tools you had approved in it are deleted.
• It affects every assistant connected to that MCP, not just one.
• Revoking isn't a silent goodbye: the next time you use that assistant, it will ask you to authorize access again. If you do, it will connect to another of your MCPs or to a new, empty one, depending on what you choose.

If you don't want an assistant to get back in, revoke here and also remove the connector in the assistant's settings. Removing it only in the assistant isn't enough to cut off access: always revoke in Botize.
