Manage your MCP connections

All the MCPs of your account are under MCP connections, in your Botize account menu:

You need to be signed in.

What you see for each connection

The MCP's name.
Created (date) and Created by: the assistant it was created with.
Last used, or "never used".
How many tools it has.

Rename

Click Rename and type the new name. Give them names that say what they're for ("Work Claude", "Telegram only"): that's what you'll see at Which MCP do you want to connect? when you connect another assistant.

Requests from the agent

When your assistant needs a tool it doesn't have, it sends you here. The link it gives you opens this panel in Spanish; the English version is at botize.com/en/mcps. Under Requests from the agent you see:

which action it wants,
the Reason it gives,
its fields, so you can decide what it can send,
and the Account it will use.

Click Approve or Reject. If you reject, your assistant doesn't get that tool. How to choose the fields well: Tools: what your assistant can do.

Revoke a connection

Click Revoke to cut off that MCP's access. Keep in mind:

It can't be undone. The MCP and the tools you had approved in it are deleted.
It affects every assistant connected to that MCP, not just one.
Revoking isn't a silent goodbye: the next time you use that assistant, it will ask you to authorize access again. If you do, it will connect to another of your MCPs or to a new, empty one, depending on what you choose.

If you don't want an assistant to get back in, revoke here and also remove the connector in the assistant's settings. Removing it only in the assistant isn't enough to cut off access: always revoke in Botize.
