Your assistant's permissions
Your assistant can look at your tasks and create new ones without asking. For anything else it asks you once: if you say yes, it has that permission from then on, across your whole account, and you can take it away whenever you want.
The three permissions

Looking at your tasks, reading them, seeing their runs and creating a new task (it is created paused) need no permission. The connection has no tool to delete tasks: you do that from the panel.
Permissions belong to the connection: what you allow your Claude connection does not apply to your ChatGPT one.
How you confirm
- You ask your assistant for something that needs one of those permissions.
- Botize does not do it yet. It tells your assistant it needs your permission and gives it a link to MCP connections, which your assistant will pass on to you.
- Open the link with your Botize session. You will see what your assistant is asking for — for example, "asks permission to run your tasks" — and the exact action it wanted to do.
- Answer:
- No: nothing happens.
- Yes: your assistant has that permission from now on, across your whole account. It will not ask for it again.
- Go back to your assistant and tell it you have answered, so it repeats the action. Your assistant does not find out on its own.
Do it right away. The pending request expires after about an hour; if you take longer, your assistant will ask you again.
Taking a permission away
In MCP connections, under What it can do without asking you, you will find that connection's permissions. Press Remove on any of them: next time it will ask you first.
Your assistant's own confirmation is a different one
Some assistants also ask for their own confirmation before using tools that change things. In ChatGPT, for example, it depends on the plugin's permission setting. It is independent from Botize's, so you may see both.
