It detects new messages and filters them to keep only those sent by specific users (based on their user IDs). If a message matches the filter conditions, the automation retrieves any attached media (images, files, etc.) and then republishes the content (text and media) into a Telegram chat that you own using your bot. You need to configure the source chat in the second step and specify the user IDs you want to track in the filter step. You must also set the destination chat where the messages will be sent.
