The Botize MCP

The Botize MCP connects your AI assistant —Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or any other compatible one— to your Botize account. With it, your assistant can see your tasks, create new ones, change the ones you have and find out why one is failing, without you opening the dashboard.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to work with tools from other services. You don't need to know anything about it: you connect by pasting an address and approving access.

What your assistant can do

• Look up your tasks and their run history: "why didn't the video get posted to Telegram yesterday?".
• Create new tasks from what you describe or from a catalog template.
• Change a task: its trigger, filters, actions or schedule.
• Search the Botize catalog for the apps and actions that exist.
• Use specific actions of your apps —send a message, publish a post, add a row— if you allow each one.

How it fits together

There are three pieces:

1. Your assistant: the app you chat with (Claude, ChatGPT…).
2. Your MCP: a set of Botize tools that belongs to you. It's created the first time you connect an assistant, you can connect it to several, and it keeps its tools even when you connect again. How an MCP connection works

What you need

• A Botize account. If you don't have one, create one for free: you start with 500 operations and no card.
• An AI assistant that supports remote MCP servers.

What it costs

The MCP is included in every Botize plan.

• Looking up, creating and managing your tasks uses no operations.
• Each time your assistant uses an action of one of your apps, it uses one operation, even if that action fails.

Your account, under your control

• Your assistant never receives the passwords or keys of your apps. Connected accounts stay in Botize.
• You approve every app action, and you can set values your assistant never gets to see.
• You can cut off access at any time from MCP connections.
