This automation extracts rows from Google Sheets on a daily basis that match specific conditions and sends a WhatsApp message for each one. You will need to set the time and your city’s time zone so the automation runs daily at your preferred time. You must also provide the URL of your Google Sheets file and customize the query (by default, it only retrieves the first 10 rows. Within the task, you can ask Botize AI to generate a query based on your needs). Next, you will need to select the WhatsApp template to use. The task assumes that column A contains the recipient’s WhatsApp phone number and column B contains the message text to send, although you can also use a fixed message for all recipients.
